Hostel

The hostel is named "Hajiani Mariam Beevi Thaikappa Hostel for Women" after the wife of late Alhaj K.T.M.S. Abdul Kader Jamali, Chairman of the Seethakathi Trust. It was inaugurated on 29th July 1988.

Our hostel consists of 37 comfortable rooms, properly ventilated and fully furnished with cots, cupboards, fans, chairs, and tables. A water purification plant is installed for the benefit of the students.

Purified drinking water is supplied to the students both in college and in the hostel. There are well-maintained toilets and bathrooms. We have a well-equipped kitchen, with a spacious dining hall that can accommodate 200 students at a time.

The "Tuck Shop", available on our campus, provides the residents with the necessary things.

A well-equipped gymnasium is installed inside the hostel. Yoga and driving classes are conducted for the hostel students.

The principal of the college is the Warden of the Hostel, and the Deputy Warden is nominated by the Principal. Three floor Tutors and the Student Representatives are also nominated by the Principal/Warden.

Every hostel student has to pay the establishment fee and other fees within 15 days of the beginning of each term (semester). Boarding students should pay the food fee by the 10th of every month.
