  • Effective maintenance of the cell with proper record and regiters.
  • A student seeking admission to the Hostel shall submit her Application in the prescribed form at the college office on payment of Rs. 100 / -in person.
  • The applicant for admission to the Hostel shall sign a declaration agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations of the Hostel and the instructions and directions issued from time to time and also give ” I am aware of the law regarding the declaration that the prohibition of ragging as well as the punishment and I if found guilty of the offense of ragging and/or abetting ragging I am liable to be punished appropriately “. The declaration will have to be countersigned by parents or Guardians.
  • Students can vacate the hostel only with prior permission from the authorities
  • No refund will be made for the Hostel fees under any grounds.
  • The hostel fees should be paid in the form of a demand drafts in favour of THE PRINCIPAL THASSIM BEEVI ABDUL KADER COLLEGE For WOMEN Hostel, Kilakarai, drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, or State Bank of India, payable at Kilakarai.
  • The Demand Draft should not be taken in favour of the Principal or the Warden or the name of the student.

STUDENTS WHO LEAVE LATE IN VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL BE SUBJECT TO STRICT ACTION.

BEFORE LEAVING THEIR ROOM, THEY SHOULD SWITCH OFF THE ELECTRIC LIGHTS AND FANS. IF NOT, A FINE OF RS.100 WILL BE IMPOSED.
