The CDC was established in 2017 to propel quality and creativity in the curriculum to face the ever-changing demands and challenges of education & industry opportunities in the new era.

Functions

  • To construct the common structure for all UG & PG programmes
  • To design and revamp curriculum as per the guidelines of UGC & State Government
  • To identify and incorporate General Interest, interdisciplinary, Value added programme, MOOCs & SWAYAM courses focusing skill development
  • To identify and recommend new programmes matching regional, national and international demands
  • To accomplish effective curriculum feedback mechanism
  • To organize the Board of Studies & Academic Council Meetings
  • To organize Faculty Development Programmes / workshops on modern and effective teaching methods, curriculum designing and development, research culture, e-content preparation & evaluation strategies
